UNAR Holiday Hours

The UNAR office will closed for the holidays beginning December 23rd at 3 pm. We will reopen and resume the processing of applications on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

Renewal applications will be processed in the order they were received, and the renewal date in TMU will be recorded as the date we received your completed application. For example, if we received your completed renewal application in an email after 3 pm on the 23^rd, and your certification expires on the 31^st, we will process your application when we return in January 2023 but will date your renewal in TMU as December 23, 2022.  This will assure that there is no break in your certification.  All December renewal applications received during the holiday closure will be processed by the end of the day on January 6, 2023. 

All complete reciprocity, expired certificate, and nursing student waiver applications will be processed in the order they were received and will be processed within 2-3 weeks of our return.

You will receive an email that your renewal or application was received by our staff.  If you have not heard from us by Friday, January 20th, you may email us at office@utahcnaregistry.com to find out the status of your application. The quickest way to check on certification renewals and status of reciprocity applications into Utah, is to visit the on-line registry https://ut.tmuniverse.com/search and search your name. When your name pops up, click on it to view your certification history. If your name does not appear, it means that you are not on the registry yet, or your certification expired more than 24 months ago.
